Zhejiang Shanneng Instrument Co. Ltd.(former Ruian Huaneng Instrument Co., Ltd.), has been specialized in the design and manufacturing of automation instrument valves since 1986. After twenty years’ efforts, our company has developed into a joint stock system company integrating design and development, processing and manufacturing, product sales and after service.

The company is the new product development project base of the Ministry of Metallurgic Industry, the designated producer of chemical engineering construction standard products of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the power station fittings supplier of the State Power Corporation, the member unit of Petrochina and Sinopec.

The company has a land area of 3.3 hectare and the yearly manufacturing capacity of 3000t automation instrument valves. There are 325 personnel including 7 senior engineers, 7 design engineers, 2 manufacturing engineers and 3 quality test engineers. Under the company are General Manager Office, Chief Engineer Office, Technical Department, Production Department, Quality Test Department, Sales Department, Supply Department and Finance Department.The company has perfect processing equipment and precise testing equipment. The processing equipment cover lathing, milling,boring, planing, drilling, pluging, numerical control lathing, linear cutting, etc. 120 sets in total, and the vertical lathe has the maximum processing caliber of 5 meters. There are over 400 sets of testing equipment, such as control valve tester, hydraulic valve tester, ball valve tester, line frequency compression test platform, Leeb hardometer, Rockwell hardometer, universal testing machine, pipeline compression tester, machinery material vibrostand, welding survey meter, etc. There is also physical and chemical testing laboratory (equipped with spectrograph, carbon-sulfur analyzer, chemical element analyzer, etc.), welding materials Grade I and Grade II warehouses.

Constantly absorb the advanced technologies, product structure and principles of overseas peers, we design with the tools of CAD, CAE, CAM, FEA and finite element analysis, and so far our leading products are electric/pneumatic/hydraulic/manual, high/medium/low pressure, high/medium/low temperature control valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, isolating valves and electronic type electric actuators, pneumatic type linear (angular) travel actuators, totaling over 3000 kinds of specifications in over 50 varieties in five categories. ZTGF type pneumatic self-induction eccentric rotating control vale is our patented product, and awarded "national key new product award".

It passed ISO9002:1994 certification in 1998 and ISO9001:2000 certification in 2002; the special equipment manufacturing approval certification (TS or AZ registration certification) of the General Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, standardization Grade III conformity certification, measurement testing system certification and we adopt international standardization certification.
